Please note that for safety and health reasons, items showing signs of wear or missing packaging cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn lingerie in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygienic strips remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
